I will never ever spend money with IP again. I’m currently trying to get them moved to another hotel to make up for this horrendous experience. I’m extremely unhappy and I almost drove to Biloxi to speak with management myself. Mind you, I spent nearly $1000 to have them taken care of and have a spa treatment.
Specifically she said the room was like sleeping at a super 8 motel. This morning I called to wish them a happy Mother’s Day and my mom said that the room was terrible and people were unkind there. She said he told them in a very rude tone “ I don’t know what you want me to do we don’t have any room ready.” Obviously they had a room since they got checked in but this soured the experience. Well I called to check on them at around 2pm and my mother’s voice was shaking and she told me the man at the front desk was “nasty to us” and I asked what she meant. Mind you, my mother is disabled and uses a walker. A lovely lady (Tracy?) said after 12pm they would be able to accommodate them with a room. Well, on Saturday morning they headed out early to the hotel and I called to see if a early checkin would be available. I spend a lot of time in hotels and for Mother’s Day I decided to treat my mom and her sisters to a Mother’s Day weekend.
